Erie Home is a leading direct-to-consumer residential products and services company, primarily offering re-roofing solutions with more than 60 locations across 32 states. In less than four years of partnership with Gridiron, Erie has tripled its revenue and built sustainable infrastructure to support continued expansion.
Erie leveraged Gridiron’s Centers of Excellence to grow the business in three key areas: technology infrastructure, direct-to-consumer marketing capabilities, and new market expansion. Since partnering in 2021, Erie has expanded from 18 to 91 locations, with a new office opening rate of 14 annually.
In less than four years of partnership with Gridiron, Erie has tripled its revenue.
Jacent provides turnkey impulse product and service solutions with over 3,500 items to more than 15,000 retail stores via its national direct store delivery network (“DSD”), creating a strategic merchandising plan for each store to drive enhanced customer experiences, sales, and profitability. Jacent continued to take market share in a competitive impulse product environment and kept adding new retail customers to its portfolio.
Based on their unique business needs, Jacent collaborated with Gridiron to build a growth strategy focused on operational enhancements and digital transformation, leveraging both Gridiron’s Operational and Information Technology Centers of Excellence to unlock their capabilities.
Jacent continued to take market share in a competitive impulse product environment and kept adding new retail customers to its portfolio.
In business for over 80 years, M&D Distributors is one of the premier sources for heavy-duty and high-horsepower vehicle aftermarket parts and services. In two years of partnership with Gridiron, the M&D team has completed 8 new add-ons, added 49 new distribution centers across 19 states, Canada, and Mexico, launched a new website, and sold nearly 1 million parts.
Leveraging Gridiron’s experience in the auto aftermarket and value-added distribution space, M&D has continued to expand their operational and team capabilities to further enhance their customers’ experience.
In two and a half years of partnership with Gridiron, M&D has added 49 new distribution centers across 19 states, Canada, and Mexico.
