NEW CANAAN, CT, August 5, 2025 – Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital” or “Gridiron”), an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, is pleased to announce the promotions of Virginia “Jinx” Charman and Ben Warren to Senior Associate. Gridiron is thrilled to recognize these contributors for their desire to grow, learn, and lead. Ms. Charman joined Gridiron Capital in 2022 as an Associate. At Gridiron, Jinx is primarily responsible for identifying new potential investment opportunities for Gridiron. Additionally, she manages external intermediary relationships, supports current portfolio company add-on strategies, and contributes to firmwide marketing and branding initiatives. Prior to joining Gridiron, she worked as an analyst in the Strategic Capital and Financial Sponsors Group at TD Cowen (formerly Cowen & Company). Jinx received a B.A. in Psychology from Middlebury College, where she played varsity soccer, and completed the Tuck Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth College.
Mr. Warren joined Gridiron Capital in 2023 as an Associate. At Gridiron, Ben focuses on new investment opportunities, due diligence, and value creation at current portfolio companies. He provides support to existing portfolio companies, including GarageCo Holdings, Erie Home, Leaf Home, and Gridiron’s most recent investment, Greenix. Before joining Gridiron, Ben worked as an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Bank of America, and began his career as an analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Scotiabank. Ben received a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University.
