Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Steve was managing director at Avance Investment Management, where he was responsible for transaction execution, portfolio company management and human capital strategy. Previously, Steve was a managing director at MSD Partners and a principal at Court Square Capital. Steve has served on the Board of Directors of over 10 companies in the business services sector. Steve began his career as an analyst at Harris Williams & Co. and an associate at Kelso & Co.
