At Gridiron Capital, Rodney focuses on new investment opportunities, due diligence, and value creation at current portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Rodney was a Partner at TZP Group where he Co-Founded TZP Small Cap Partners and served on the investment committee. Prior to TZP Group, Rodney was a Co-Founder and Partner at Alston Capital and a Managing Director at Crystal Ridge Partners. He began his private equity career at JPMorgan Partners and its predecessor, J.P. Morgan Capital, after working in the investment banking division of PaineWebber Group focused on mergers and acquisitions in the consumer and retail sectors.
Rodney has served on the Board of Directors of over 15 companies in the business services, consumer, and industrial sectors.
