Jessica Kurys is the Chief Financial Officer of Gridiron Capital, where she oversees the firm’s finance, accounting, tax, and management company functions. Jessica works closely with the Managing Partners and senior leadership team on firm strategy, growth initiatives, and operational excellence across the platform.
Jessica brings over 20 years of experience in private equity and alternative asset management. Prior to joining Gridiron Capital in 2015, she held roles at Lime Rock Partners and General Atlantic, where she gained experience supporting large, complex private equity organizations and global investment platforms. She began her career in Deloitte’s Financial Assurance & Advisory practice, where she managed a broad range of private equity client engagements and developed deep expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, and controls.
