At Gridiron Capital, Jeff collaborates with CFOs across current portfolio companies to solidify financial operations and promote forward-looking strategic leadership. Jeff leads Gridiron’s CFO Best Practices Center of Excellence.
Jeff has over 40 years of accounting and finance experience with public, private, and private equity-backed companies. Prior to becoming an operating partner, Jeff served as Executive Vice President and CFO of PAS Technologies, Inc. (a Gridiron portfolio company). Jeff has held CFO roles at other private equity-backed companies including Machinery Link, Brand Energy, and Infrastructure Services. Jeff began his career in public accounting working for PwC and KPMG and spent many years working for Waste Management, Inc. Jeff currently serves on the boards of Erie Home and Royal Paper. Jeff also previously served on the boards of Quality Solutions, Inc., HM Dunn, and Tokyo Joes.
