Shari Miller Joins Gridiron Capital as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

NEW CANAAN, CT, November 5, 2025 – Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital” or “Gridiron”), an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Shari Miller as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. Shari joins Gridiron’s leadership team, bringing a wealth of experience in legal and compliance matters, particularly within the investment and private equity sectors.

Ms. Miller joins Gridiron from Eurazeo North America, where she was Managing Director, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer, providing legal and compliance advice, managing fund formation, and developing U.S.-specific compliance frameworks. Previously, as Deputy General Counsel at L Catterton, she led global legal matters for new and successor product formations, amongst other critical initiatives. Her career includes key roles at Leonard A. Lauder Family Office, UBS Investment Bank, and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP, where she provided critical expertise in corporate governance, legal agreements, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Shari holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles. She currently serves on the Board of Visitors for Duke Law School.
