Mr. Marshall joins Gridiron with a wealth of experience in human resources and operational leadership across Fortune 500 companies. Ernest previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Eaton Corporation, a $27 billion intelligent power company with 100,000 employees across over 160 countries. Prior to Eaton, Ernest spent more than 22 years at General Electric, where he held a series of senior leadership roles. Most notably, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for GE Aviation, a $30 billion global business with 45,000 employees. His experience also includes HR leadership and audit roles across GE Healthcare and GE Capital. Ernest currently serves on the boards of Republic Bank, LSI Industries, Leaf Home, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and Kindway. He earned his M.B.A. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law, and his B.A. from Bellarmine University.

Mr. Kravitz brings deep expertise in leading complex sales and marketing transformations, with strength in customer segmentation, sales coverage models, partner programs, organizational design, and incentive programs, among others. Most recently, Daniel was a Managing Director on Teneo’s Private Equity Growth team, where he led the sales and marketing effectiveness practice across the US consulting division. Previously, Daniel was a Principal at The Alexander Group (AGI), where he was instrumental in scaling the Atlanta office and the Business Service vertical. At AGI, Daniel served as the southeast talent lead, with reporting responsibility for 32 consultants, analysts, and managers. Daniel began his career at EY. He received his master’s from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
