Gridiron Capital Promotes Chris King, Doug Rosenstein & Brad Skaf to Managing Director

Gridiron Continues to Develop Its Team and Expand Capabilities as It Elevates Team Members

NEW CANAAN, CT, November 15, 2023 – Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital” or “Gridiron”), an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, is pleased to announce that Chris King, Doug Rosenstein, and Brad Skaf have been promoted to Managing Director. All three professionals joined Gridiron immediately following business school as Senior Associates in 2015 and 2016 and currently focus on new investment opportunities, due diligence, and value creation at portfolio companies.

Mr. King currently serves on the boards of Erie Home, GSM Outdoors, M&D Distributors, and Royal Paper. Prior to joining Gridiron, Chris was an Associate at Vestar Capital Partners and an analyst at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital in the Consumer Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Chris received a B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University and holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rosenstein currently serves on the boards of Class Valuation, Colibri Group, Esquire Deposition Solutions, Travel Nurse Across America, and Vistage Worldwide. Prior to joining Gridiron, Doug was an Associate at Sterling Partners and worked as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Doug received a B.S. in Business from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Skaf currently serves on the boards of  AML RightSource, Cubii, Jacent Strategic Merchandising, Legacy Service Partners, and The Service Companies. Prior to joining Gridiron, Brad served as a Research Analyst at an equity fund, and an Analyst at Lazard Freres and Co. Brad received a B.A. in Economics-Mathematics from Columbia University and holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
