Gridiron Capital Completes Investment in Vistage Worldwide, Inc.

NEW CANAAN, CT, July 14, 2022 – Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital”), an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, today announced that it has completed its investment in Vistage Worldwide, Inc. (“Vistage” or “the Company”), the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize businesses (SMB). Members of Vistage’s executive management team have also invested in the Company alongside Gridiron, underscoring their confidence in and commitment to Vistage’s continued success.
