NEW CANAAN, CT, February 19, 2026 – Gridiron Capital (“Gridiron” or the “Firm”), a private equity firm specializing in business services, consumer products & services, and industrial growth, announced its 2026 promotions, which included the elevation of Scott Harrison to Managing Partner & Chief Operating Officer, Jessica Kurys to Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Kahn to Managing Director, Julen Uriguen to Principal, Pranav (Nav) Maganti to Senior Associate, and Spencer Oakes to Assistant Controller, Funds.

Senior Leadership PromotionsScott Harrison has been a key member of Gridiron since 2013, serving on the Investment Committee and leading initiatives such as the Centers of Excellence and Gridiron Playbook to drive portfolio growth and innovation. He currently serves on the boards of ABC Legal, Leaf Home™, Health Monitor Network, and The Service Companies, and previously served on the board of Quality Solutions, Inc., a past Gridiron partnership. Prior to Gridiron, Scott served as CFO of a national facility services company and as EVP and CFO of an acquisitive PE-backed building products company. He also held investment roles with First Union Capital Partners and provided M&A advisory services while at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. Scott earned a BA in Economics from Duke University, where he was a varsity lacrosse player and an All-American, and later received his MBA from Dartmouth.
Jessica Kurys has provided strategic leadership and guidance as Chief Financial Officer since 2018, overseeing the Firm’s finance, accounting, tax, and management company functions. Jessica brings over 20 years of experience in private equity and alternative asset management, having helped scale the Firm’s finance function as a trusted partner to the investment and operations teams since joining in 2015. Prior to Gridiron, she held roles at Lime Rock Partners and General Atlantic, and began her career at Deloitte in Financial Assurance & Advisory. Jessica holds a BS and MS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
Andrew Kahn has been a core contributor to the Investment Team since joining in 2015, helping lead Gridiron’s recent investment in ABC Legal and the Travel Nurse Across America merger with TotalMed. He currently focuses on companies in the Business Services and Consumer Products & Services sectors. Andrew serves on the boards of ABC Legal, Class Valuation, AML RightSource, Esquire, and Travel Nurse Across America, and previously served on the board of Jacent Strategic Merchandising. Before Gridiron, he was an Analyst at Citigroup, focusing on M&A, LBOs, recapitalizations, and IPOs across consumer, retail, agriculture, and building products sectors. Andrew earned a BA in Economics, cum laude, from DePauw University, where he played varsity tennis, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Investment Team PromotionsJulen Uriguen joined Gridiron in 2025 from TowerBrook Capital, where he managed transaction execution and portfolio management. He previously worked at VSS Capital and LSH Partners. Julen focuses on Business Services and Industrial Growth sectors, working with Class Valuation and Jacent Strategic Merchandising, where he serves on the board. He holds a BA in Foreign Affairs with a Minor in Economics from the University of Virginia, where he played varsity tennis.
Pranav (Nav) Maganti joined Gridiron Capital in 2024 from Rocana, where he supported transaction execution and portfolio company operations. He previously worked at Rothschild & Co in Consumer M&A and on Chobani’s Commercial Finance team. He holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Finance & Operations PromotionsSpencer Oakes joined Gridiron in 2020 from RSM, where he was an Audit Senior Assurance Associate supporting the Financial Services team. At Gridiron, he focuses on finance and accounting, leading reporting, operations, and process improvements. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
