Gridiron Capital originally invested in Yellowstone Landscape Group in 2008. In partnership with Gridiron Capital, the Company enhanced its geographic footprint and service offering, with a strong focus on recurring maintenance revenue, and invested in information technology to create an integrated, scalable platform for continued consolidation of a highly fragmented industry. Yellowstone Landscape Group was sold to a financial investor in January 2015. Gridiron Capital retained a minority ownership stake in the Company.
