Performance Health and Wellness Holdings, Inc. is a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of branded rehabilitation and wellness products sold into a variety of U.S. clinical markets, leading national retailers, and in over one hundred countries through a multi-national network of distribution partners. The Company’s product offering includes an innovative line of market-leading topical analgesics and a broad range of rehabilitation and wellness products. In addition, the Company formulates and manufactures a variety of highly engineered products primarily for dental and specialty healthcare applications. Performance Health markets its diverse product offering under the well-known and highly recognized Thera-Band®, Biofreeze®, Bon Vital’®, Perform®, Hygenic®, TheraPearl®, and Cramer® brand names.

Gridiron Capital originally invested in Performance Health in 2012. Through this partnership, Performance Health achieved impressive market expansion globally via new product development, market channel expansion, and accretive add-on acquisitions, as well as investment in the Company’s leadership team. Performance Health was sold to Patterson Medical, backed by majority shareholder Madison Dearborn Partners, in June 2016.
