In addition to his management responsibilities of Gridiron Capital, Scott is a Member of the Investment Committee, oversees Gridiron’s Centers of Excellence program and focuses on new investment opportunities, due diligence, and value creation at current portfolio companies. Scott currently serves on the boards of ABC Legal, Leaf Home™, Health Monitor Network, and The Service Companies. Scott previously served on the board of Quality Solutions, Inc., a Gridiron Capital partnership.
Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Scott served as chief financial officer to several middle-market businesses including The AZEK Company and FM Facility Maintenance. Earlier in his career, Scott was an investment professional at First Union Capital Partners and provided M&A advisory services while at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co.
