Elisa Gashaj

Elisa is a finance and accounting professional with a focus on private equity. Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Elisa spent time at Dorilton Capital focusing on consolidated corporate tax compliance as well as tax controversy and global tax planning strategies. Prior to her time at Dorilton, Elisa spent seven years with RSM, a public accounting firm. Elisa focused on private equity for the majority of her career, serving the middle market.
