Gridiron Capital Promotes Kirk Wawrzyniak to Vice President

 Gridiron Recognizes Outstanding Performance and Cultural Leadership

NEW CANAAN, CT, April 9, 2024 – Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital” or “Gridiron”), an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, is pleased to announce that Kirk Wawrzyniak has been promoted to Vice President.

Mr. Wawrzyniak joined Gridiron Capital in 2019 as an Associate. In 2022, he was promoted to Senior Associate. Kirk focuses on new investment opportunities, due diligence, and value creation at current portfolio companies including Leaf Home, Erie Home, Esquire Deposition Solutions, and GarageCo, as well as serves on the board of Esquire Deposition Solutions and GarageCo. Prior to joining the team at Gridiron, Kirk worked as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities covering Consumer and Retail. Kirk holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University.
