Gridiron Capital Promotes Chris King and Doug Rosenstein to Principal

NEW CANAAN, CT, September, 17, 2019 – Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital”) is pleased to announce that Chris King and Doug Rosenstein have been promoted to Principal.

Mr. King and Mr. Rosenstein both joined Gridiron Capital in 2015 as senior associates and were promoted to vice president in 2016 and Principal in 2019. Chris is a Director on the Boards of several of Gridiron Capital’s portfolio companies including Leaf Home Solutions, Rough Country and Royal Paper and has been active with additional Gridiron Capital portfolio companies including Dent Wizard. Doug is a Director on the Boards of Colibri Group and Travel Nurse Across America and has been active with additional Gridiron Capital portfolio companies including Legility and Tokyo Joe’s.

Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Chris was an associate in private equity, where he was responsible for transaction execution and portfolio company management. Previously, Chris worked as an analyst at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital in the Consumer Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Chris received a B.S.B.A in Finance and International Business, with honors, from Georgetown University and holds an M.B.A., with honors, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Doug was an associate in private equity, where he was responsible for transaction execution and portfolio company management. Previously, Doug worked as an analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Consumer Group. Doug received a B.S. with honors, from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He holds an M.B.A., with honors, from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
