Gridiron Capital Promotes Andrew Kahn to Vice President and Dan Steber to Controller, Management Company
NEW CANAAN, CT, July 13, 2021 – Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital”), an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, is pleased to announce that Andrew Kahn has been promoted to Vice President and Dan Steber has been promoted to Controller, Management Company.
Mr. Kahn joined Gridiron Capital in 2015 as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2018 and then Vice President in 2021. He focuses on new investment opportunities, due diligence, and value creation at current portfolio companies, including Class Valuation, Essential Cabinetry Group, GSM Outdoors, and Jacent.
Mr. Steber joined Gridiron Capital in 2016 as an Accounting Manager and was promoted to Controller, Management Company in 2021. Dan is an accounting and finance professional with experience in manufacturing and private equity.

Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Mr. Kahn worked as an analyst in the Global Consumer Group at Citi. Mr. Steber was a fund accountant at Lime Rock Partners, and earlier in his career, Dan was a Specialist at Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation.
