Ernest works with Gridiron Capital and the portfolio companies on leadership and board development. Ernest also supports the High-Performance Teams and High-Performance Boards Centers of Excellence.
Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Ernest was the EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Eaton Corporation and held numerous senior executive leadership positions at the General Electric Company, most notably the CHRO for GE Aerospace. Ernest has an extensive global background in operational and leadership development. Ernest has worked and lived globally and has experience in several different industries. Ernest serves on the board of Leaf Home.
