NEW CANAAN, CT, July 21, 2025 – Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital” or “Gridiron”), an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, has been honored with the 2025 New Canaan Preservation Award in recognition of its restoration and adaptive use of former industrial property at 50 Pine Street. The award was presented at Gridiron’s offices.
This year, the award honored two residences in town, as well as the Gridiron offices for the rehabilitation of an industrial structure. Originally built in 1950, the 50 Pine Street property is one of three buildings on its street that contributes to New Canaan’s architectural heritage. The new space reflects a modern look while maintaining the existing brick, creating a vibrant and modern office environment.
