Aaron was previously an associate at Gridiron Capital and rejoined the team after earning his M.B.A. Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Aaron worked at Rothschild & Co. in the Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory practice focused on the Industrials sector.

Aaron received a B.B.A, with high distinction, in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan. He holds an M.B.A, with honors, from UCLA where he was both a Private Equity & Alternatives Fellow as well as a Venture Fellow. Originally from Westchester, NY, Aaron resides in Stamford, CT.
