Mr. Harrison has extensive Private Equity, M&A, Strategic Planning, Financial and Administrative experience with high-growth companies across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Gridiron Capital in 2013, Mr. Harrison was CFO of a national facilities service business. He was Executive Vice President and CFO of a private equity backed building products company which he helped bring public while completing several highly successful acquisitions and financings. Earlier in his career, he managed strategic planning and pricing for a large industrial manufacturer, and held various positions with First Union Capital Partners, a private equity group, and Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., a middle market M&A advisory firm. Mr. Harrison received a B.A. in economics from Duke University where he played lacrosse and an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
