At Gridiron, Tracy works with portfolio companies to clarify the strategic plan and align value-creation activities.  Tracy leads Gridiron’s New Product and Service Development Center of Excellence.

Background

Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Tracy’s roles included Partner, Investment Committee Member, Board Member, CEO, and COO across a diverse range of industries. Tracy previously worked with the investment firm Watermill Group, served in senior management roles at Enbi Global, Innovative Global Brands, Gerrity Company, Hill Holliday, and Ricerca Biosciences. Her consulting experience includes work at both EY and CR3 Partners. Tracy currently serves on the board of Jacent Strategic Merchandising. Tracy also previously served on the boards of GSM Outdoors and Foundation Wellness.

Education & Personal

Tracy received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of South Carolina and holds a Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School. Tracy and her family reside in Massachusetts.
