Background

Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Marlon was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Lucidworks; an enterprise search technology company. Previously, Marlon worked at Thomson Reuters, which later became Refinitiv.

Education & Personal

Marlon received a B.A. in Latin American & Caribbean Studies from Dartmouth College where he played varsity football. Originally from Connecticut,  Marlon and his wife reside in New York City.
