At Gridiron Capital, Caroline focuses on overseeing portfolio company reporting and analysis, acting as a liaison between Gridiron investment, operations, and Investor Relations teams. Caroline is involved in various aspects of portfolio management, performance tracking, internal reporting, and supporting the investment lifecycle.

Background
Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Caroline worked on the investment team at RSE Ventures, a private investment firm focused on a variety of business sectors and stages. Caroline began her career in consulting at Analysis Group and Next Street, where she worked directly with management teams to optimize business operations and development opportunities across a variety of sectors.

Education & Personal  
Caroline received a B.A. in Economics, Environmental Studies, and Public Policy from Connecticut College, where she played varsity ice hockey and lacrosse. Originally from Massachusetts, Caroline and her family reside in New Canaan, CT.
