Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Will worked as a Private Equity Associate with MidOcean Partners. Will began his career as an Analyst in the Technology Group at Deutsche Bank.

Will received a B.S. in Accounting from Washington & Lee University, where he played on the varsity lacrosse team. Originally from Washington D.C., Will resides in New York City.
