Daria supports Gridiron and its portfolio companies in evaluating and implementing repeatable Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) growth strategies. Daria leads Gridiron’s DTC Digital Accelerator Center of Excellence.

Background

Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Daria served as CMO at Fabric Insurance. Daria has an extensive track record in DTC marketing leadership roles in high-growth DTC and multi-channel businesses. Earlier in her career, Daria held different marketing and global business development roles at major consumer brands like Amazon, Philips, and De’Longhi.

Education & Personal

Daria holds a B.B.A. from the International Management Institute of St. Petersburg, a Master’s in International Business from the MIB Trieste School of Management, and an M.B.A. from INSEAD. Daria and her family reside in New York City.
